Commercial glazing — Baltimore, MD
New construction glazing
Glazing packages taken off the drawings, submitted, fabricated and installed to the build program.

Glazing is a schedule risk
Glass is one of the last trades to install and one of the first to become critical path. The building cannot be dried in, secured or turned over until the openings are closed.
Working from your documents
We take off from the elevations and details, produce shop drawings and a hardware schedule, and flag conflicts between the specified system and the framed opening while they are still cheap to fix.

Questions
Do you provide submittals and shop drawings?
Yes — elevations, sections, a hardware schedule and product data for review before anything is fabricated.
How early should a glazier be involved?
As soon as the openings are dimensioned. Catching a frame-depth or anchoring conflict at drawing stage costs a phone call; catching it after the framing is closed costs a rebuild.
