24/7 emergency service — Baltimore, MD
Commercial glass emergency?
Break-ins, storm damage and accidental impact — answered around the clock, secured first, glazed properly afterwards.

Two problems, in order
A broken storefront is first a security problem and second a glass problem. Solving them in the wrong order costs more than the glass.
What a proper board-up involves
Clearing the remaining glass out of the frame safely, protecting the glazing pocket so the frame can be reglazed later, and fixing the board so it holds without destroying the aluminum it is fastened to.

Questions
Do you actually answer the phone at night?
Yes. The emergency line is staffed around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Broken commercial glass is a security problem the moment it happens, and telling you to wait until Monday is not a service. Call and you will speak to someone who can get the opening secured.
What should I do before you arrive?
Keep people away from the opening, do not pull loose glass out of the frame, and photograph the damage for your insurer if it is safe to do so. If the glass is still standing but cracked, treat it as unstable.
Will you work with my insurance claim?
We provide written scopes, itemised documentation and photographs suitable for a claim. We do not handle the claim itself.
